Data deletion
A clear request path, with final timing and scope subject to implementation verification.
Request deletion
Email support@theprocesspact.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Do not include passwords, tokens, cookies or confidential board content.
Identity verification
ProcessPact may verify the requester's authority for the relevant account or installation before acting.
Scope
The verified deletion process should identify Process Contracts, evidence, reviews, aliases, exceptions, lifecycle history, health records, entitlement state and operational metadata within the approved deletion scope.
Uninstall versus cancellation
Uninstalling the app and cancelling a paid plan are not automatically the same as a verified deletion request. Final behavior must be documented before launch.
Timing and exceptions
Final response and deletion periods, backups, fraud/security records and legal-retention exceptions require policy approval.
Confirmation
After completion, ProcessPact should confirm the request outcome and any lawful exceptions.
