What ProcessPact reads
Only the board, item, immediate-child, column, status and metadata needed for the configured Process Contract.
What ProcessPact stores
Subject to final verified implementation and the published retention policy: Process Contracts and versions, audit executions and snapshots, findings, observations, reviews, aliases, exceptions, lifecycle events, monitoring runs, Protection Health incidents, entitlement state and safe operational metadata.
What ProcessPact changes
During assurance operations, ProcessPact does not modify monday board data. Users correct the board directly in monday.
Installation isolation
Every customer-owned record and operation is scoped to the canonical monday account and installation identity.
Historical evidence
Later Process Contract changes do not silently reinterpret earlier audit snapshots.
Claims under final verification
Exact retention, OAuth scopes, subprocessors, residency wording and technical security controls must be confirmed before public launch.
